Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MCh in Tata Memorial Centre For M.Ch. Surgical Oncology, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or equivalent) in General Surgery Or ENT Or Orthopedics. For M.Ch. Gynecological Oncology, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS/MD or equivalent) in Gynecological Surgery. For M.Ch Head & Neck Surgery, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or equivalent) in General Surgery, ENT & M.Ch Neuro Surgery. For M.Ch Plastic Surgery, possess a MCI recognized postgraduate degree in MS General Surgery or equivalent. Application Procedure for MCh in Tata Memorial Centre
Application form can be downloaded from the Hospitals website www.tmh.gov.in. The completed application should be signed and sent by registered post / speed post to the office of the Director Academics, TMC on or before 31st May 2015. Copies of all relevant certificates and documents should be attached. The envelope containing the application should be marked “APPLICATION FOR DM/M.Ch Super Specialty COURSE 2015”. Completely filled application form should be submitted along with online payment receipt of Rs. 5000/- which is not refundable. Application sent by Fax, E-Mail or any other form will not be entertained. Only candidates with original admit card along with valid identity proof will be allowed to enter the CET examination hall.
