Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in St John College of Nursing Candidate age should be minimum 17 years and maximun 35 years. There is no age baar ANM/LHV. Candidate should have passed 10+2 in science (PCB) and English with aggregate of minimum 40% marks. Candidate should be medically fit. Candidate should be female only. Religious sisters, who apply , should have completed on year after their first religious profession. Student awaiting results also may apply. Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test. |

After downloading application form, candidate should fill it properly.
Candidate can make payment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of St. John's College of Nursing, payable in Banglore.
Candidate should send application form along with following documents to the Institute:
- Filled application form
- Hall Ticket
- DD of Rs. 250/ in favour of St. John's College of Nursing, payable in Banglore.
- Two long envelop with Rs. 22/- stamp affixed.
- Xerox copies of Qualifying Exam and Certificate showing Date of Birth.
- If SC/ST, Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
At the time of an interview candidate has to show following original certificates:
- Birth date certificate (10th class marksheet for proof)
- 10, 10+2 marksheet
- Marksheet of PUC /other qualifying exam
- Domicile certificare (if from Karnataka)
- Acceptable conduct certificate
- Cast certificate (if SC/ST/BC)
- Physical fitness
