GNM Admission Process 2019

Interested candidate may visit official website of the Institute to download application form.

Application fee: Rs. 250/-

Application fee is not refundable.

After downloading application form, candidate should fill it properly.

Candidate can make payment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of St. John's College of Nursing, payable in Banglore.

Candidate should send application form along with following documents to the Institute:

1. Filled application form
2. Hall Ticket
3. DD of Rs. 250/ in favour of St. John's College of Nursing, payable in Banglore.
4. Two long envelop with Rs. 22/- stamp affixed.
5. Xerox copies of Qualifying Exam and Certificate showing Date of Birth.
6. If SC/ST, Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.

At the time of an interview candidate has to show following original certificates:

1. Birth date certificate (10th class marksheet for proof)
2. 10, 10+2 marksheet
3. Marksheet of PUC /other qualifying exam
4. Domicile certificare (if from Karnataka)
5. Acceptable conduct certificate
6. Cast certificate (if SC/ST/BC)
7. Physical fitness

Application fee: Rs. 700/-

At the time of admission, candidate should submit following documents:

Transfer certificate.

Verification and Migration certificate.
