MBBS Admission Process 2019

a) Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counseling by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to MBBS Degree courses in Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences for the academic year 2019-20, are advised to report and complete the admission process within the date and time specified in the “Allotment Letter? issued by the DGHS.

Venue for reporting by the candidates

b) The candidates should report along with original certificates and Demand Draft for tuition fees (refer www.bharathuniv.ac.in and www.slims.ac.in ) and other fees or UTR No. for Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS as specified herein below.1

The candidates should bring the following certificates/documents in Original (along with 3 sets of photocopies of the same)

1. UG 2019 Allotment letter issued by MCC of DGHS

2. NEET (UG) - 2019 Score / Rank Statement

3. NEET (UG) - 2019 Test Admission Ticket (TAT)

4. Class 10 / S.S.L.C. (10th) / or Equivalent examination mark sheet

5. HSC (+2) & +1/ equivalent examination mark sheet

6. Transfer Certificate

7. Proof of Date of Birth

8. Community Certificate.

9. Conduct certificate

10. Recent Passport size photos with name and date - 6 Nos.

11. Medical Fitness Certificate

12. Certificates of Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities

13. Ten Passport size & Two Stamp size colour photographs of candidate (same as in NEET admit card) & one Passport size photograph of the candidate’s Father and Mother and also of  the local guardian, if applicable. 

14. Any one of the identification proofs (ID Proof as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations. i.e., (Aadhar/ Passport).
