Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MPEd in Pondicherry University Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.,) or equivalentwith at least 50% marks. OR Bachelor of Science(B.Sc.,) in Health and Physical Education with at least50% marks. Selection Process: Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marksobtained in the entrance examination and PhysicalFitness & Game Proficiency Test as follows: Men: 100 meters Shot-put (16 lbs) 12 minutes run/ walk. Women: 100 meters Shot-put (8 lbs) 8 minutes run/ walk Games Proficiency Test in any one of the followinggames: Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Handball,Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Tennis and Volleyball.Maximum: 50 marks. Entrance examination: 50 marks. (objective type). |

Application Procedure for MPEd in Pondicherry University Application fee Rs. 400/- for General, Rs. 200 for SC/ST, NIL for PH*/ Transgender. The application fee for NRI and Overseas student is US$100. Application fee can be paid online or offline by following the instruction available in the University website. Application forms are to be filled andsubmitted online, as per instructions inthe University website www.pondiuni.edu.in Candidates can apply for more thanone course. Before applying for anothercourse the cadidates ensure that there is no“overlap of entrance exams of among thecourses to which they have applied”. |
