Admission Process 2019

 Candidate has to pass Entrance Exam to get admission in all above mentioned  courses.

Admission to MD/MS will be done through Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC)

Cost of Application form for MD/MS: Rs. 1500/-

By Post: Write to the CONVENOR – Common Entrance Test for Post Graduate Medical Courses (CETPGMC ).

alongwith a D.D. of Rs.1550/- in favour of “PONDICHERRY LINGUISTIC AND RELIGIOUS MINORITY MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES WELFARE ASSOCIATION”, payable at Pondicherry.

In Person: From the CONVENOR- CETPGMC, alongwith RS.1500/- IN Cash.

DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM  make a Demand Draft of Rs. 1550/- in favour of  “PONDICHERRY LINGUISTIC AND RELIGIOUS MINORITY MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES WELFARE ASSOCIATION”, payable at Puducherry.

After processing, if found eligible, the Hall Ticket will be sent to the candidate by post. (Name of such eligible candidates will also be displayed on the website).

Note: Original certificates must be surrendered during admission.

Admission to the course will be available through CENTAC office and candidate are required to submit their applications through their website.

Required documents for MD/MS admission:

1. NEET-PG 2019 Score card (Photocopy of self attested by the candidate).
2. MBBS Degree certificate and Diploma certificate.
3. MBBS course and Conduct certificate issued by Principal.
4. Certificate Completion of Compulsory Rotating Residential Internship (CRRI) issued by the Principal Dean.
5. Migration Certificate to be obtained from the respective Univesity.
6. Tranfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
7. Eligibility certificate obtained by Registrar, Pondicaherry University or other than Pondicherry University.
8. Tamil Nadu Medical Registration certificate for MBBS.
9. Original and attested photocopy of DOB.
10. Five Passport size colour photocopy.
11. Transfer Certificate in original issued by the Principal/Dean.
12. Adhar card/Passport/ Voter id card/Driving license (Proof of Identity)
13. A  Copy of receipt of payment of tution fee to the counseling authority.
14. PAN Card. 

Cost of application form for M.Sc. Nursing: Rs. 1000/-

Cost of application form for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing: Rs. 750/-

No other mode of payment will be accepted.

1. Demand draft of the application fee drawn in favour of “College of Nursing, Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences” payable at the Central Bank of India, P.I.M.S. Branch.
2. Copies of Nursing certificates – Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery / B. Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
3. Registration certificates from the State Nursing Council for Nursing & Midwifery. Registration certificate for additional qualification (for those who completed Post Basic B.Sc Nursing).
4. Experience certificates after Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery/ B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing till date.
5. Mark lists of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery / BSc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
6. Transcript of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery / B.Sc Nursing / P.B B.Sc (N).
7. Certificate indicating the Date of Birth (if not stated in the 10th /12th mark sheet)
8. General education qualification certificates (10th & 12th)
9. Current medical fitness certificate
10. Merit certificates (if the candidate is a best outgoing student, a certificate from the institution indicating the same should  be enclosed)
11. Community certificate from the Government Authority
12. Baptism certificate / Confirmation certificate – if Christian
13. No objection certificate from the latest employer
14. Two self addressed long envelopes (9” x 4”) with Rs.5/- stamp affixed
