Admission Process 2019

Application fee:

• For SC/ST /PwD categories: Rs. 550/-
• For General/OBC categories: Rs. 750/-

Applicant may visit official website of the Institute to obtain application form.

Applicant are required to fill application form properly

Applicant may upload the required docuemtns wherever necessary-

• Passport size photograph of the applicant 
• Self –attested copy of NEET-UG/PG Admit Card
• Self –attested copy of NEET-UG /PG Score Card
• Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card
• Scanned signature of the applicant 
• Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for verification of date of birth
• Self-attested copy of 10+2 Marksheet 
• Self-attested copy of 10+2 Certificate
• Certificate from the Principal of the School on prescribed Proforma
• Self-attested copy of Character Certificate
• Self-attested copy of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe certificate
• Self-attested copy ofFather’s SC/ST Certificate, if applicable.
• Self-attested copy of Person with Disability (Pwd) certificate, if applicable
• Entitlement Certificate for C.W. category
• Self-attested copy of OBC Certificate
• Self-attested copy of Non-creamy layer certificate
• Self-attested copy of OCI card, if applicable. 

Once all the above – mentioned files are uploaded, applicant can proceed with “Make Payment”.

Candidate’s application submission process shall be completed only after payment of the online registration fees.
