The following documents should be uploaded alongwith the application form:

1. DOB certificate.

2. Eligibility (Degree) Certificate.

3. Sponsorship Certificate/NOC from employer (to be provide at the time of admission)

4. Registration Certificate/CIN in case of private Organization.

5. Salary statement of the last three years of the applicant (LPC) authenticated by Bank.

6. Proof of 03 years regular services in a bona-fide Institutions/Organization.

7. Affidavit duly signed by first class Magistrate to the effect that the details including  Documents. Provided by the candidate to NIT Srinagar for M.Tech Admission for the year  2018 under Sponsored categories are correct and genuine (to be provide at the time of  Admission).

8. 10+2 Marks Card and Qualification.

9. B.Tech/B.E.Grade card from (Ist to 8th semesters)

10. B.Tech/B.E.Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree certificate

11. Migration Certificate.

12. Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate.

13. 02 Passport size photographs

CCMT:

Candidates are strongly advised to read the instructions available on CCMT website for registration process and choice filling/locking process before proceeding with the actual registration process.

The registration fee is Rs.2,200/- for OC/OB and Rs.1,700/- for SC/ST/PwD, payable only through SBI MOPS (i.e., Net banking/Credit Card / Debit Card or e-Challan at any branch of SBI). The registration fee is non-refundable and would not be adjusted towards any other fee.

Candidates are advised to check their eligibility for various programmes very carefully.

All eligible candidates will have to register and fill their choices ONLINE during the specified period given in the schedule (Annexure I) as well as notified on CCMT website (http://ccmt.nic.in) to be considered for seat allotment
