Take a print out of filled up form and send it along with DD to the campus admission office.

Make a DD of Rs. 600/- favoring “NIPS School of Hotel Management”, payable at Kolkata.

Or

Visit NIPS campus and pay Rs. 500/- in the form of cash or Demand Draft favouring “NIPS School of Hotel Management”, payable at Kolkata.

Attach following documents with filled up form

1. Four copies of colour passport size photographs
2. Photocopy of Mark-sheets as required for the course applied
3. Copy of age proof
4. Medical certificate of fitness from a registered physician
5. Copy of Photo ID proof.
