Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute (MGMCRI) Admission Process

 

For Admission in MBBS course

Candidates who have been allotted through Centralized counselling by the MCC of DGHS for admission to MBBS Degree course for the academic year 2020-21, are advised to report and complete the admission process within the date and time as per the allotment order issued by the DGHS. 

Please arrange and bring the ORIGINALS of the following Mandatory Certificates

  • Provisional Allotment Letter issued by the MCC
  • Caste Certificate (if Applicable)
  • NEET UG  2020 Admit Card issued by NTA
  • NEET UG 2020 Result / Rank letter issued by NTA.
  • 12th Mark Sheet
  • Date of Birth Certificate (if Matric / Class 10th Certificate does not bear the same)
  • Transfer / Migration / Conduct Certificate
  • Fifteen (15) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
  • Photo copies of all the above certificate 2 sets self-attested.
  • Proof of identity – Aadhaar, EPIC – Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License, any other Government of India issued Identity Card (Should not have expired)
  • Family Photograph (or Photograph with Legal Guardian) – to submit at the time of commencement of classes.

 

For admission in postgraduate courses

All admissions to the postgraduate courses are made through the PG Medical Counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
