Selection Process

Admission to the courses is based on score obtained in entrance test.

Admission Process for all PG courses

Admission Process fee: Rs. 500/-

Registration Charges: Rs. 500/-

Payment of Application Fees:

Application fees of Rs. 1,000/- in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “The Chairman, PG Council, Khallikote University” payable at Berhampur, Dist-Ganjam, Odisha be submitted along with the completed / filled in application form.

or

Payment through RTGS/ NEFT in favour of “The Chairman, PG Council, Khallikote University”, payable to the Account no. 3695144745, Central Bank of India, Khallikote College Branch (IFSC Code. CBIN0283241), Berhampur, Dist- Ganjam, Odisha.

The Bank receipt for RTGS/ NEFT be submitted along with the completed / filled in application form.

Submission of Completed Application Form

The candidates are advised to fill up the application forms carefully.

Application form carrying incorrect or false information and incomplete in any respect will be subject to rejection.

Dully fiiled application form should be submitted with the following documents:

a. Attested copies of the mark sheets and certificates of all examinations starting from 10th standard onwards.

b. Demand Draft or Online transaction slip/ reference of Rs. 1000/- towards the cost of Application Fee.

c. Two self-attested recent passport size colored photographs.

d. The envelope containing the application complete in all respect must be superscribed.

e. Candidates belonging to any reserved category must submit an attested copy of the caste certificate from the competent authority as per Govt. of Odisha guideline. Candidates, who have not submitted caste certificate along with application form will not be considered under reserved category.

f. Candidate must write the email clearly because all correspondence will be made through email only.

Duly filled in application form complete in all respects will be accepted through post at Khallikote University office on or before last date.2019.

Candidate who wants to take admission in above courses  may visit official website of the university to apply online

Online payment :

Candidates in all categories have to pay a sum of Rs 500/- (five hundred only) through online. Without payment application will be rejected.

Documents to be submitted with the application form:

All candidates are required to submit the self attested photo copies of the following documents:

• HSC/10th certificates and mark sheets
• 10+2 /12th certificates and mark sheets
• Degree certificates and mark sheets
• Post Graduation certificates and mark sheets
• Equivalency Certificate in case of any Degree obtained from University outside Odisha.
• Certificate of Headmaster of the school to the effect that he / she has passed HSC in Odia medium (in the cases who have passed from Board of Secondary Education, Odisha without Odia as MIL).
• Residential Certificate issued by Tahasildar / Additional Tahasildar.
• Caste Certificate in case of SC, ST and SEBC candidates, by virtue of birth
• PH Certificate in case of PH candidates.
• Ex-serviceman Certificate in case of son / daughter / spouse of Ex-serviceman.

Documents to be submitted with the application form for In-service Candidates

All in -service candidates shall submit the Xerox copies of the following documents attested by the Headmasters / Headmistress/Principals as mentioned below along with their application forms .

• All Certificates and Mark sheets in Photo copies
• Copy of the appointment letter and joining letter
• Copy of the Service Continuance Certificate
• Copy of the first and last page of the Service Book in case of teachers serving in Government / Government aided schools
• Copy of the approved management at the time of appointment of in-service candidates
• Copy of the resolution of Management in case of Non-Government aided recognized schools showing that the appointment has been regularized
• Caste Certificate in case of SC, ST and SEBC candidates, by virtue of birth

Note:  Xerox Copies of all certificates / mark sheets shall be signed by the candidates in full.
