1. 10^th Standard Mark Sheet.

2. 10+2/ ITI / Vocational Standard Mark Sheet.

3. Character Certificate (Latest).

4. General Fitness Medical Certificate from Government Hospital/ ESI.

5. Gap year affidavit (if any).

6. Passport Size Photographs (5 No’s).

7. Provide all original documents with 2 sets of photocopies for admission.
