Rules and Regulations
a) Expense incurred during technical visits/ Practical at out source facilities to the various organization and DGCA exam fees will be borne by the student.
(Note: The practical fees at out source facilities is Rs. 1,00,000/- + 18 GST)
b) Lodging and boarding fees: Rs. 5000/- (+GST) per month (optional)
c) Tution fee has to be paid by 5th of every month. (If fees is not paid on time, Rs 100 will be charged per day).
d) GST and other taxed (if applicable) should be paid in additonal to the above mentioned fees as per prevailing Govt. Norms.
e) Fees for NRI students for full course: Rs 7 Lacs (inclusive of Registration, Library, Uniform etc. ) excluding boarding and lodging.
Concession Offered
a. Meritorious students with 90% and above in qualifying examination will be granted 10% concession on tuition fees.
b. If the total fee is paid in lump sum, 15% concession on tuition fees.

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for AME in Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths. Apart from any of the student shall be subjected to a Medical Examination before they are admitted to the Institute, by a Doctor (To be attested & certified by Registered Medical Practitioner holding at a least MBBS degree). Candidate age should not be less than 17 years at the time of admission. |

Application for admission to the course should be made in prescribed form.
Attached application form with the prospectus.
Fill Form Properly & Correctly and send with registration fee of Rs. 20,000/-
Following documents should be attached with the Application form.
- Medical form dully filled & Signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
- Three Attested Copies of the Mark-sheet of qualifying Examination.
- Conduct Certificate.
- Admission Fee.
- Registration Fee.
- Five Passport Size Photographs.
- Four self addressed envelopes of size 9" x 4" bearing the postal stamps worth Rs. 40/- each.
A Demand Draft of the prescribed fees at the time of admission should be in favour of Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering payable at Bhopal, must be submitted along with the Admission Form.
The Admission Fee is to be sent accordingly.
The fee is also acceptable in cash.
