Selection Process

Admission to the all above courses  are based on rank obtained in IMUCET.

Admission to Apprenticeship embedded BBA – Maritime Logistics is based on CUET.

Note: Candidates who are applying on the basis of CAT/ MAT/ CMAT scores for MBA Programs and those who are applying on basis of GATE/ CUET (PG)/ PGCET for M. Tech. Programs need to register for Counselling.

The information regarding this will be announcedafter release of IMU-CET rank list.

Candidates with valid score card of CAT/ MAT / CMAT are eligible for MBA and the candidates with valid score card of GATE/ CUET(PG)/ PGCET are eligible for M. Tech.

. Procedure and information about registration for Admission / CET:Application Fee for applying online registration

• For BBA –Rs. 200/- for General / OBC (NCL) candidates; Rs. 140/- for SC / ST candidates
• For all other UG and PG courses/ Research Programs –Rs. 1,000/- for General / OBC (NCL) candidates; Rs. 700/- for SC / ST candidates

The Application Fee for Registration is non-refundable and is for issuing of Rank Certificate. IMU reserves the right to adopt any method such as Entrance Exam (IMU-CET)/Normalisation of entry qualification marks to arrive at ranks, etc. for issuing of Rank Certificate to qualified candidates.

• Upload photographs
• Scanned signatures
• Scanned copy of the 10th std mark sheet as proof of date of birth
• Scanned copy of the SC/ST certificate where applicable

Pay application fee:

The candidates will be able to make online payment for the Application Fees for Registration, download and print the filled-in application in standard formats.

For Online Registration, applicants should visit the website of the Indian Maritime University at http://www.imu.edu.in and click on the CET Aug 2023 hyperlink / Admission for BBA hyperlink. Relevant links can also be seen under Admission Menu in the Home Page of IMU.

The CET candidates will be able to download the Hall Tickets. Automated e-mails/ SMS will be sent to every registered applicant on successful registration of Application, uploading of Hall Ticket, publication of results, etc.
