1-Year Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS) Program leading to B.Sc (Applied Nautical Science)
i) 10+2/equivalent (PCM - a minimum of 60% aggregate)

ii) B.Sc (PCM)/ B.Sc (Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years) with a minimum of 60% aggregate.

iii) B.E./B.Tech from IIT or college recognised by AICTE with a minimum of 50% aggregate

2-Year MBA - International Transportation and Logistics Management, Port & Shipping
Management-A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate from Recognized Universities. A minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th/12th/UG Degree.

2-Year M.Tech - Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering , Dredging and Harbour Engineering -Graduate Engineering in Mechanical / Civil / Aeronautical / Marine / Naval Architecture or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate.

i) Minimum age 17 years

i) Candidates - 15% Quota
ii) OBC candidates - 27% should be part of Non Creamy layer

Eye Sight
For DGS-approved courses viz DNS, B.Sc (Nautical Science), B.Sc (Maritime Science) & B.Tech (Marine Engg), there should not be any degree of squint or any morbid condition of eyes or of the eyelids that is liable to aggravate or recur, pressure of trachoma and iris complication sequela
Candidates must possess good binocular vision (Fusion faculty and full field of vision in both eyes)
Candidates joining DNS, B.Sc (Nautical Science) & B.Sc (Maritime Science) degree course colour vision shall (unaided 1.0 (6/6) in better eye and 0.67 (6/9) in other eye.
