Fill Application form carefully and attached following documents:

• Attested Photostat Copies of your 10th Class Marks sheet
• Attested Photostat Copies of your 12th Class Mark sheet
• Attested Photostat Copies of your Graduation Mark sheets (For Masters)
• Recent 10 Color Passport size photographs ( In Formal with Colour Clothes with White Background )
• Proof of Residence (Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport)
• Adhaar Card ( UID)/ Applied for Slip
• Copy of Passport (if available)
• Medical Form
• Bank Details( in case of Scholarship)

Registration fee Rs. 4,000/- is to deposited in the bank a/c or make DD or Pay by card/ Net Banking.

Steps for admission
