Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MPH in Gurugram University Candidate should be MBBS/ BDS/ B.Pharm/ BAMS/BVSc/B.Sc.Nursing / M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Zoology/Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ biochemistry/ Home Science/ Genetics/ Environment Science) Pathology/ Physiology from a recognized university and has scored not less than 55% of the maximum marks. Admission Process

The processing fees of Rs. 1,000/- for General Category and Rs. 250/- for Scheduled Caste, Backward Class of Haryana, differently abled person and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Haryana for each program shall be paid by the applicant online.
Follow steps for online admission process
Visit official website of the institute
Step I: Select Course for which you want to register.
Step II: Fill-in your registration details.
Step III: Upload Photo and Signature.
Step IV: Confirm your filled-in registration details.
Step V: Fill up Marks/ Grades (whichever is applicable) of Qualifying Examination.
Step VI: Deposit Application Fee Online (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking).
On Successful submission of Online Application Form, Your Application Number will be flashed on the screen.
The candidates should note down the Application Number as same will be required for future communication.
After submission of Online Application Form and deposit of Application Fee, the candidate shall upload the following documents in PDF format in single PDF file (Max. 200 KB) for the purpose of online verification:
For Ph.D Programs - Original documents for verification/submission along with one set of self-attested copies required
1. Computer generated application form duly signed by the applicant.
2. 10th Certificate
3. 12th Certificate
4. Degree and Marksheets of Graduation
5. Marksheet of the qualifying examination (M.A./ M.Com/ M.Sc./ M.Pharmacy etc)
6. Certificate of NET/ JRF/ SLET, if any
7. Latest Character Certificate
8. Certificate of Reserved Category and other related certificates, if applicable, as mentioned in the Information Booklet.
9. Income certificate, if required.
10. Haryana Residence Certificate, if applicable (Appendix A1 to A4).
11. Undertaking from the candidate and parents regarding anti ragging. As per
Appendix-O and Appendix-P.
12. Certificate of gap year, if any.
13. Migration Certificate (within 15 days of admission)
14. Address Proof (Aadhar Card)
