PGDM Selection Process

To admission in PGDM and E-PGDM  in any stream, candidate should pass CAT/ XAT /GMAT or any other State level or National level entrance exam to get admission.

To admission in FPM, candidate should obtain valid rank in Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs, GATE, GRE, GMAT, JRF-UGC/CSIR or the FORE Entrance Test (FET), Personal Interview.

PGDM Admission Process

You can apply using CAT Registration No., XAT ID or GMAT ID. If not FORE Admission, by filling this form you may be eligible to attend the test, if other conditions full fills as per the eligibility criterion  https://www.fsm.ac.in/15-month-full-time-executive-program-pgdm-pgpx  .

Candidates can apply either in Self Sponsored Category or Company Sponsored Category.

1. Candidates applying under Company Sponsored Category need to download the format from the website and submit the Company Sponsored Certificate in the given format within the stipulated timeframe.

Change in category, once the form is filled up, is not allowed.

2. Candidates shortlisted for the “Selection Process” review their Application Form compulsorily before appearing for the selection process.

Keep the following documents/details ready before filling up the application form-

• Scanned passport size photograph (preferably of size less than 20 kb).
• Academic Details (School and Graduation).
• Work Experience details.
• Details of Credit / Debit Card (Visa/Master) or Net Banking through which payment is to be made

Step 1: Candidate should register first using personal email id.

Candidate should have valid email-id and phone number for future communication about admission.

Step 2: You will find system generated application form with a distinct “Form No.” which you should use for further correspondence.

Step 3: Click “Pay Now” for payment -

Payment cand be done through 

• Debit Card
• Credit Card (Visa/Master)
• Net Banking.

On successful online payment an Email will be sent to your registered Email ID confirming receipt of application form and payment.

Application Fee

• Executive - PGDM: Rs. 1,200/- + GST of 18% = Rs. 1,416/-
• PGDM (General, IB, FM): Rs. 1,650 /- + GST of 18% = Rs. 1,947/- ( Two Programs: Rs. 2,500/- + GST of 18% = Rs. 2,950/-, Three programs: Rs. 3,300/- + GST of 18% = Rs. 3,894/-).

FPM admission Process

Applicant may visit official website of the institute to obtain application form.

Fill online form and pay Rs. 2,500/- (including applicable taxes) online at the admission portal.

Upload all required documents before due date and submit.

The following supporting documents to be submitted along with the online application form: 

Scanned copy of score of the competitive examination to be considered for admission as applicable.

Scanned copies of mark sheets or transcripts of grades obtained in their qualifying examination.

Scanned copies of School certificate and University degrees.

Percentage conversion certificate from College/University (In case of CGPA/CPA).

Two references from academics who have taught the candidate or with whom the candidate has worked closely. Please provide their Name, Current Designation, Organisation Address, Phone no. and email id.

Scanned Copies of Work Experience Certificate (if any).
