Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in Ezhuthachan College of Pharmaceutical Sciences Candidate should pass 10+2 Examination of the Kerala state with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics as optional subjects or any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent there to are eligible to apply. Or V.H.S.C of Kerala from 1994-1995 session with Group A and B only are considered as equivalent examination for admission to D.Pharm course

Duly filled application form with all relevant documents and DD for Rs. 1,000/- in favour of "KSSPCMA Payable at chalakudy, Thrissur" and Non-Resident Indians are to submit DD for Rs. 1,250/- drawn in favour of the General Secretary, Ezhuthachan College of PharmaceuticalSciences, payable at Trivandrum should reach college office

Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Filled application form should be attache with following documents
- Certificate in proof of Age
- Mark List of the qualifying examination and 10th & 12th certificate
- Transfer Certificate & Conduct Certificate
- Pass Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Certificate in respect of reservation under SC/ST/OBC
- Self addressed envelop (25 x 12 cm size) with India Postal Stamp sufficient for sending the selection memo by registered post shall also be attached.
