• Migration Certificate
• Character Certificate from the last School/College attended
• Category Certificate (if any reservation)
• JEE (Mains) Admit Card
• JEE (Mains) Result Card
• Proof of Depositing Counseling Fee (Rs. 500/-)
• Gap Year Certificate (if any)
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Physically Handicap Certificate (if applicable)
• Passport Size Photograph of Candidate (05 Color and 02 Black & White)
• Passport Size Photograph of Mother & Father (one each) and Photo Copy of Ration Card with Family Photo (wherever applicable)
• Residence Certificate.
• Anti Ragging , affidavit both by the candidate and Parents
