Candidate may visit admission office of the campus to get admission form.

Filled form should be accompanied with documents as per mentioned below.

Dully filled up form should be submitted to the institute before due date.

Documents required at the of admission

1. 1oth marks sheet.

2. College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.

3. Xerox copies of all Certificates and Marksheets.

4. Caste Certificate for CS/ST candidates in original.

5. Migration Certificate if applicable.

6. 3-Passport size Photographs and 2 Stamp size Photographs

 7. Original Certificates and Marksheets of all examinations are essential for verification.
