Eligibility
Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in All India Institute of Management Studies

Duration 6 Months

Short Term Diploma Programs: Applicants should have completed minimum 16 years of age on the date of admission and there is no upper age limit.

A pass in SSC/SSLC/HSC/Matriculation or Equivalent, Graduates/Post Graduates/ Diploma Holders/Engineering Graduates.

Or

NO Formal Qualification: Open Education system - A Candidate who does not have any educational qualification can also join the diploma courses under open education system. But candidate should be 21 years of age at the time of joining the course and little knowledge of writing and reading English or Hindi.

Selection Process:  Entrance Test.

 

Duration: 2 Years

The Following fee are to be paid along with the filled in applications, by means of Demand Draft drawn in favor of " ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES " payable at Chennai branch only.Registration Fee Rs. 1000/-

Send to us with the Required Fee ( in DD) and Required Enclosures.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE 

Students on receiving the application form and prospectus, should go through them carefully and then fill up the application form. The filled-in application form along with the prescribed fee should be sent to the Institute before the last date. The last date is mentioned in the application form. 

On receiving the application form, the Institute will scrutinize the same and students who fulfill the admission criteria will be admitted. 

The Student will  get  the  following on admission 

Admission Intimation 

A set of Study Materials  along with Question  Bank Book 

Application form  for registering the student's name for  the examination.

Examination fee: Candidate has to pay Rs. 175/- or US $ 15 (for Foreign Students) per Paper   towards examination fee. 

Candidates who appear subsequently in arrear papers need to pay Rs. 175/- or US $ 15 (for Foreign Students) per paper. 

Candidate should secure minimum 50% for  Post Graduate Diploma  Courses.
