Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 75% in 10th & 12th.

Scholarship: 50% waiver for 1st semester tuition fee on 10% seats in each program.

Disclaimer: Only one category of scholarship can be availed by student, Multiple scholarship to one candidate will not be granted.

UPESPAT 2023 exam date: 28 to 30 April 2023

Pass in 10 and 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Maths & English as Major Subject.

Minimum 50% marks in Class 10th and 12th.

Pre-enrol even before you appear for your Board Exams if you have minimum 50% in Class 10th.

Students appearing in Class 12th & awaiting their results can also apply, but shortlisted candidates will only be given a provisional offer letter subject to them obtaining a minimum of 50% marks in Board exam.

Should complete 17 years of age.

An application fee of  Rs. 1,850/-  is payable applicable for international students.

Examination fee  can be paid online or by credit card/ debit card.

Student can apply on line in the prescribed format available at www.upes.ac.in.

UPES will review the student’s application and required supporting documents. If found eligible, UPES will issue a Provisional Offer of Admission Letter.

Note: UPES may also request an interview. If the applicant is outside India, this may be by phone or on line, the cost of which will be borne by the applicant.

Important note: At the time of final registration, all successful international applicants will be required to submit attested copies of the following documents:

• 10th & 12th/Graduation grade card or equivalent
• Official transcripts/transfer certificate from Institution last attended
• Passport and student visa valid for duration of study.
• Finally admitted students will be required to register themselves with the foreigner’s registration office/local police authorities as per regulation of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

Admit card will be issued to students immediately after successfully completion of test booking process.

Student applying through offline mode through OMR form, also follow the process of test date booking and to get Admit Card from www.upes.ac.in

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.
