PUBDET  2020 is conducted by  the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) in order to shortlist interested candidate  for admission in BA/BSc (honours) programs offered at Presidency University, Kolkata.

The PUBDET 2020 dates have been released and the PUBDET exam will be conducted on April 11 and 12, 2020.

The process to fill the PUBDET 2020 application forms will be started on on February 6, 2020.

The correction window for the PUBDET application forms was from February 7-9, 2020.

Candidates who have successfully filled and submitted their application form can download the PUBDET admit card  online on April 6, 2020.

The Mode of Examination: The Mode of Examination is offline Mode (OMR based exam)

Papers of examination: Any candidate can apply for maximum 2 papers from the following table.

Allocation of examination centre: During online application, the candidate has to choose any 3 of the following examination zones.Bankura, Asansol, Durgapur, Burdwan, Coochbehar, Siliguri, Srirampur, Howrah, Kolkata- Central, Kolkata- North/salt lake, Kolkata South, Malda, kharagpur, Haldia, Berhampur, Kalyani.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

There is no upper or lower age limit.

Candidate mut pass 10+2 from recognised board.

Candidate must have secured minimum 60% for General, 45% for sc/st, 54% for OBC and 57% for PWD category.

Application fee: Rs. 500/-

Candidate should read information  brochure carefully before apply for entrance test.

The application must be done online only.

Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the instructions provided in the information bulletin.

Keep copies of confirmation page, admit card in safe custody.
