Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture (CSPA) offers following UG and PG programs for the academic year 2022-2023

B.Arch (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidates should have passed/appearing in 10+2 standard or equivalent with PCM subjects. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCM along with a minimum 50%.

Or

Pass in 10+3 Diploma (any stream with Mathematics as compulsory subject) recognized by Central/ State Government with 50% aggregate marks.

Selection Process: Admissions shall be carried out on MERIT based on the valid NATA or JEE MAINS.

Reservation

(a) 25% of the seats are reserved for bonafide candidates of Himachal Pradesh in Chitkara University (Himachal Pradesh).

(b) 15% seats are exclusively reserved for the candidates of Punjab Domicile in Chitkara University, Punjab.

(c) Allocation of seats for the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Handicapped/ Others) shall be as per the policy of the State Govt.

Fees: Rs. 90,000/- Per Semester

B. Des in Interior Design (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in UCEED.

Reservation

(a) 25% of the seats are reserved for bonafide candidates of Himachal Pradesh in Chitkara University (Himachal Pradesh).

(b) 15% seats are exclusively reserved for the candidates of Punjab Domicile in Chitkara University, Punjab.

(c) Allocation of seats for the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Handicapped/ Others) shall be as per the policy of the State Govt.

Fees: Rs. 90,000/- Per Semester

M. Des in Interior Design (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should be a Graduate from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks  shall be obtained 50%.

Selection Process: Admission through personal interview.

(a) 25% of the seats are reserved for bonafide candidates of Himachal Pradesh in Chitkara University (Himachal Pradesh).

(b) 15% seats are exclusively reserved for the candidates of Punjab Domicile in Chitkara University, Punjab.

(c) Allocation of seats for the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Handicapped/ Others) shall be as per the policy of the State Govt.

Candidate may obtain the Application Form from the University Offices located at the following places:

Chitkara University Admissions Office: Saraswati Kendra, SCO 160-61, Sector 9-C, Chandigarh-160009, India.

Chitkara University, Chandigarh–Patiala National Highway (NH-07), Punjab, India.

Or

Purchase the same at Book Stores (Details available on the website i.e. www.chitkara.edu.in) on payment of Rs. 1,100/- in cash.

Candidates can also request for Application Form through registered post by mailing their request along with a DD of Rs. 1,100/- drawn in favour of Chitkara University payable at Chandigarh to the following address:

Download the Application Form from the University website www.chitkara.edu.in and send it to Chitkara University Admissions Office along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,100/- drawn in favour of Chitkara University, payable at Chandigarh.

Candidates are required to ensure that they submit the duly filled Application Form along with the relevant documents in the enclosed self-addressed envelope to reach on or before the last date of submitting the completed application form.

Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.

1. Attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the admission form:

• Certificate and Mark Sheet of Class 10th & Class 10+2.
• Certificate and Mark Sheet of graduation (only for post graduate programs).
• Migration certificate from the Board/University last attended.
• Rank card of qualifying examination, if result is not declared then attach Admit Card (where ever applicable).
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Character certificate as per the format given on the website.
• Medical fitness certificate as per the format given on the website.
• Reserve category certificate, if applicable.
• Affidavit signed by Executive Magistrate/ Notary Public required in case of gap in the studies for not being involved in any criminal activities during the gap period.

2. Incomplete Admission forms will not be accepted.

3. Attach two additional passport sized recent photographs with your name & date of birth clearly written on the reverse.

The photographs need not to be attested.
