Selection Process

 Candidates are required to appear for interview, conducted at Zulekha Nursing College to get admission in B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing.

Admission Process

Candidate can raise a request for the prospectus and application form by sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/.-

DD should be drawn in favour of Zulekha Nursing College, Mangaluru.

Fill downloaded application form.

The duly filled in application form and prescribed fee along with necessary documents should be submitted at the above address.

1. Application form should be completed by the applicant in his/her own handwriting.

2. Full name of the candidate as in school records should be given in the application form and in all other related forms and correspondences.

3. Photocopies of the following documents duly attested by a gazetted officer should be enclosed with the application form.

4. Nationality & Domicile certificate if there is any change of domicile.

5. Marks card of Qualifying Examination 10+2 and 10th

6. Eight passport (latest) colour photographs.

7. Conduct certificate from Head of Institution last attended.

8. Birth certificate first page of 10th certificate or any other authentic certificate.

9. Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

10. SC/ST or OBC certificate, if applicable.

11. Transfer Certificate

12. Migration Certificate

13. Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru for non-Karnataka students.

14. If any certificate is in language other than English, they have to be translated into English and attested by the Principal of College last attended.

15. Self addressed envelope 6×4” with postage stamp is to be enclosed for intimation of date of interview and date of reporting to the college, by Registered Post.
