Admission Process
Candidate should pass Yogi Vermana University Commom Entrance Test (YVUCET) before apply for admission in above mentioned programs.
1. Application should be submitted online only at university website.
2. Candidate register first by putting personal detail.
3. Click on Submit, Payment window will appear
4. Pay application fee online by Debit/Credit/Net Banking (DOA Account number: 35646731595)
Candidate should check, he/she should have valid e-mail id and ph number for future communication regarding admission.
Separate registration is required for each subject and test.
5. After payment, upload your scnanned passport size photo and scanned signature.
6. Click preview button to confirm the details.
7. Click on Save and Print button to get a printout.
Take two copies of the printout of your application. Paste a recent passport size photograph (identical to the photo that used for scanning) in the space provided in the printout and save it, one copy of this should be submitted at the time of entrance examination at examination hall.
8. Preserve the other copy of online application for future reference till the end of admissions.
At the time of counseling, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate
a) YVUCET Rank card and Hall Ticket
b) Marks statements and Provisional/ Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination
c) Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if original T.C. of the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted)
d) 10th and 10th+2 pass certificates
e) Two Passport size photographs
f) Study certificates from 9th class to qualifying examination
g) Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ ST/ BC candidates
h) Income certificate from the Tahshildar obtained in last year (for those who wish to apply for Scholarship/ fee concession).
i) Relevant certificate in case of physically challenged/extra curricular activities (NCC/ NSS/ Games & Sports / Cultural Activity) category
j) Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person
k) Domiciles
l) Migration certificate (for other University candidates)
