Eligibility |
Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MCA in Yadavindra College of Engineering Candidates holding Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from recognized university/ institute is eligible for the course. Minimum marks shall be obtained 50% in aggregate and 45% for SC/ST and physically handicapped with at least 40% disability. The candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics/ Quantitative Techniques/ or equivalent as compulsory/optional/ additional subject or paper. Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year: Candidate who have completed Bachelor's Degree exam of Minimum 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology), B.Sc. (Mathematics and Computing), B.Sc. (Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics) or B.Voc.(Software Development) with 50% marks in aggregate (45% Marks for SC/STand differently abled persons with at least 40% disability) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level Or at Graduate level shall be eligible for admission to second year of MCA course. Selection Process: On merit of the qualifying exam. |
