William Carey University (WCU) Admission Process 

Online Admission

Candidate may apply online or offline

Before filling online admission form candidate should check eligibility criteria.

The application fee is non refundable

For online admission

Candidate should register first by paying Rs. 100/-, hard copy of online admission should not be sent to the college.

Necessary Documents required:

1. Valid email ID and mobile No.

2. One recent color passport size photograph, maximum file size: 50kb, file format: jpg/ png.

3. Applicant’s signature, maximum file size: 30 kb, file format: jpg/ png.

4. Age proof document (Matriculation admit card / Aadhar card / Driving license) maximum file size: 50kb, file format: jpg/ png.

5. Applicant seeking reservation need to upload caste certificate, maximum file size: 100kb, file format: jpg/ png.

6. All educational mark sheets and certificates from matriculation onwards, maximum file size: 2mb, file format: pdf

Offline Admission

Applicant is required to send a demand draft with the payment of  Rs. 100/-  along with one self-addressed A4-size envelope to

DD should be drawn in favour of  "William Carey University" Payable at Shillong.

Fill application form attach required documents and send to the university at  above mentioned address.

Necessary Documents required:

1. Valid email ID and mobile No.

2. Two recent color passport size photograph.

3. Photocopy of self-attested age proof document (Matriculation admit card / Aadhar card / driving license).

4. Applicant seeking reservation need to attach a self-attested photocopy of caste certificate.

5. Self-attested photocopy of all educational mark sheets and certificates from matriculation onwards.

Note: After receiving filled up application either online or offline mode, a merit list will appear on the university website and also informed to the desire Applicant either by email or in telephonic mode.

Applicant is advised to complete the admission procedure within 10 days after the announcement of the merit list.

By Postal Service

Applicant is required to send a demand draft with the payment of Rs. 200/- along with one self-addressed A4-size envelope to

Applicant will receive the Admission form by post. The applicant is required to send the duly filled Admission form to the University at above cited address along with all necessary documents

2. Self-attested photocopy of age proof document (Matriculation admit card/ Aadhar card / driving license).

3. Reserved applicant needs to attach a self-attested photocopy of caste/ tribe certificate.
