1. 10th, 12th Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
2. 12th, graudation Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
3. Caste Certificate
4. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate
5. Migration Certificate
6. Character Certificate
7. Income Certificate (For availing scholarship schemes by the Government)
8. Bonafide/State Subject
9. 4 Passport size Photographs
10. Gap Certificate(If any gap after previous education)
11. 4 Self Address envelope with Rs. 5 stamp Affixed
12. Affidavit against ragging by student and parents.
