M.D (Siddha): a. Candidate for admission to the first year of M.D.(Siddha) Course should have passed degree of B.S.M.S. or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine.

b. The Candidate should be a registered medical practitioner of the State Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine.

c. The Candidate should have passed the B.S.M.S. Degree Examination and should have also completed one year of Internship.

M.D ( Homoeopathy): A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than five years and six months’ duration including one year compulsory internship.

ii) A Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or an equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Act after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years’ duration. 

M.D (Naturopathy & Yoga): Candidates who have passed BNYS degree course from other than the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University,

i) N.D-Diploma in Naturopathy of Osmania University, Hyderabad(Andhra Pradesh  State) 4 ½ years course (4 years + 6 months internship),

ii) B.N.Y.S.- a) Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences - 5 ½ Years course  (4 ½ Year + 1 year Internship) - Awarded by NTRUHS (Andhra  Pradsh), RGUHS (Karnataka) and other recognized universities.

 b) BNYS - 5 Years course (4 Years + 1 Year Internship) Awarded by  RGUHS (Karnataka).
