1. Please read the application form carefully, download it, get print out and fill it up properly.

2. Registration fee is Rs. 1500/-. Payment to be made through Demand Draft in favour of “Director SIMS” payable at Pune or by cash. In case of cash payment, cash along with print of form duly filled will be submitted by hand to the Accounts Department, SIMS. 

3. Candidate to ensure the filled form to be supported with the following documents:

(a) Attested copy of all mark sheets year/semester wise for 10th(SSC), 12th(HSC) or Diploma(equivalent), Graduation and Post-Graduation diploma/degree(if held) to be  attached.

(b) Work experience certificate duly attested or initial appointment letter and last salary slip duly attested if work experience certificate is not held. Those who are in the employment, work experience will be counted till 31 st May 2017. Students on sabbatical are required to submit grant of leave.

(c) Send the application duly filled with above documents by post/courier to the under mentioned address / submit it by hand.
