Admission to M.Sc. courses is based on Entrance Test.

Interested candidate can visit official website of the institute to dowmload application forms on payment of Rs. 1000/- for Indian students in cash. By courier, send a demand draft for Rs. 750/- in favor of , "Director, Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics', Payable at Pune  at the below address

Studensts should submit one copy each of the following documents self-attested before PIWAT

• High school certificate
• Bachelor degree Statement of Marks.
• Post Graduation / Graduation Certificate.
• Migration Certificate.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of respective state/
• Central Government, if applicable.
• Affidavit for change in name, if applicable.

Producing originals along with the attested copy for verification is mandatory.

M.Tech. Selection Process

Admission to M.Tech. courses is based on Entrance Test. 

M.Tech. Admission Process

Step 1.  Interested candidate can register by visiting officail website of the University.

Complete the online registration by filling the online registration form and making online payment of registration charges.

Registration charges are Rs.1250/- and get your registration number

Step 2. Once you produce the completed registration form you will get the Provisional Admission form from the Registration Desk.

Step 3. Fill the form, if your are GATE qualified candidate, please go to the Document Verification Section of your department followed by personal interview. 

Step 4. If you are a Non_GATE candidate, please appear for the test on scheduled time in your respective department followed by personal interview. The test is of one hour duration.

Step 5. The final seat allocation will be done at time given by institute. If you are allocated a seat you have to make payment of fees on the same day 

Mode of Payment during Admission Round

Bank Demand Draft for Rs.1,12,500/- (1st instalment of Academic fees+institute deposit(refundable)) drawn in favor of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune, payable at Pune to be deposited at the time of admission 

If you are not allocated any seat, you may fill up Waiting List Form along with Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune' payable at Pune.

  The Waiting List Forms are available at the respective departments and are to be submitted it there only.
