Dully filled application form along with following mentioned documents  should be submitted to the college.

1. One Photostat copy of  marksheet and certificate of 10+2 standard.
2. One Photostat copy of the 10th marksheet and certificate for date of birth proof.
3. 12 latest Passport Size Photos.
4. One Photostat copy of SC/ST certificate duly certified (if applicable).
5. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
6. Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
7. Migration Certificate from the University (for students from outside Karnataka)
8. Transfer certificate from the college.
