85 % Seats are allotted through merit list of Rajasthan Centralized Admission Pharmacy (RCA) Counseling.
15 % Seats are allotted under management quota.

Attach required documents along with filled up form.

Submit all required documents for admission to the institute.

All the candidates are required to submit the following documents if relevant at the time of reporting at Institute: 

• 10th, 12th standard markseet/certificate
• Transfer Certificate of Senior Secondary School (Original and Two Attested Copies) 
• Migration Certificate (Original and Two Attested Copies) 
• Proof of reserved category (Original and Two Attested Copies), If applicable 
• Domicile Certificate (Two Attested Copies) 
• RCA Pharmacy Mark sheet (Original and Two Attested Copies 
• RCA Pharmacy Provisional Allotment Letter. (Original and Two Attested Copies)
• Anti Ragging Affidavit by the Student
• Anti Ragging Affidavit by the Parents
• Four recent colour photographs with the name of the student written on the back.
