Admission Process 

Candidate should request for the prospectus application from

Candidate should make a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs 250/- drawn in favour of the So?a College of Nursing / Raman School of Nursing Bangalore to get prospectus at home only.

Duly flled application from along with the necessary documents duly attested should be submitted with the application 

• A copy of the statements of marks after qualifying examination (10 + 2)
• A copy of the 10th /equivalent Certifcate Showing the date of birth.
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last studied.
• Student of other state should submit original Migration Certi?cate.
• 3 latest passport size and 2 stamp size photographs.
• A copy of duly attested SC/ST/BC certificate issued by government authority if applicable. Conduct / Character Certi?cate from the head of the institution last attended and a prominent person of your locality

Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner with atleast MBBS degree.
