Option 1: Candidate may visit admission office of the campus to secure application form.
Application form fee is Rs. 1000/-, can be paid through DD in favour of “SMOT” payable at Chennai
Filled application form with required documents along with DD of application form fee should be submitted to -

Attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- favouring ($100 for International Students) “SMOT” payable at Chennai with filled application form with necessory documents and send to the above mentioned address.
The filled in application forms must be submitted with attested copy of the following certificates:
- 10th and 12h Marksheets.
- Undergraduate / Diploma Semester wise / Year wise mark sheet.
- Degree / Diploma certificate / Provisional certificate.
- Work Experience Certificate if any applicable.
