Documents required at the time of admission (Original + 3 Attested Copies)

1. Nationality/Domicile
2. Passing Certificate of 10th
3. Passing Certificate of 12th
4. Leaving Certificate
5. 3 year RGNM marks sheet for Post basic  course
6. GAP certificate if applicable
7. Caste certificate if applicable
8. No creamy layer certificate
9. Medical fitness certificate
10. Experience certificate of applicable

Note: Admission will be finalized only after submission of all documents & full payment of fees. 

Interested candidates can directly submit admission form to the respective Institute(s) mentioned or can process through Centralized Admission.

The candidate will have to produce the original copies of certificate and mark sheets at the time of scrutiny  when called for the purpose.
