Gap Certificate (if any) 8. Caste Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates) 9. Caste Validity Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates) 10. Non – Creamy Layer Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates) 11. Adhar card (UID Number) 12. Nationality Certificate or Birth Certificate or Passport 13. Domicile Certificate 14. Passport size photograph- 03 Nos (Note-Copies of all documents- 3 sets)
