B.Tech., B.Arch. Admission Process 2019

a) Candidates may apply through JOSAA/CSAB 2019 but they have to satisfy the eligibility criteria as per JOSAA/CSAB 2019 guidelines.

b) Candidates applying for admission to B.Tech./B.Arch. program through SMVDU Direct Counseling (Subject to availability of vacant seats) based on JEE(Main) 2019 Rank (CRL) must satisfy the eligibility criteria as per JOSAA/CSAB 2019 guidelines except that the minimum aggregate percentage obtained at 10+2 must be at-least 60%.

c) Candidate may apply for admission through Entrance exam conducted by University (SMVDUEE).

M.Sc.(Physics, Mathematics & Biotechnology), M.A.(English & Philosophy) & Five Years M.Sc.(Economics) Admission Process 2019

Candidates have to secure valid score in SMVDUEE 2019 to get admission.

The candidate having qualified JAM shall be exempted from appearing in SMVDUEE 2019.

Test and shall be given preference in admission and their merit list shall be on the basis of rank of JAM.

M.Tech. Admission Process 2019

There are 3 ways to get admission.

Candidates have to full fill eligibility criteria as per way choosen by them

• Through CCMT 2019
• Direct Counselling by SMVDU based on valid GATE
• ScoreThrough SMVDUEE-2019

M.B.A. Admission Process 2019

Candidate who have secured valid score in MAT/CMAT may get admission without appearing in SMVDuEE 2019

Candidate directly may appear SMVDUEE if he/she didnt appear in MAT/CMAT exam. 

Ph.D. Admission Process 2019

1. The short-listing of applications for the purpose of admission test/interview shall be done by the concerned School Research Committee (SRC).

2. Ph.D. students shall be required to go through an Entrance Test conducted by the SRC of the School. Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/teacher-fellowship holder or have passed M.Phil. program may be exempted from appearing for the written test.

3. The candidates who qualify the Written Test will be required to appear for an interview/viva-voce to be conducted by SRC where the candidates are required to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a SRC. The interview/viva voce shall also consider the following aspects, viz. whether:

• The candidate possesses the competence for the proposed research;
• The research work can be suitably undertaken at the University/Faculty/School/School;
• The proposed area of research can contribute to new/additional knowledge.

4. Preference will be given to GATE/NET qualified candidates
