Offline

Candidate may visit university office to register by paying cash Rs. 500/-.

Interested candidate may download application form from the university website.

Fill downloaded application form.

Attach required documents and send to the office of the university along with the DD of Rs. 550/-in favour of SGRRU/ Concerned Institute, Dehradun.

Ph.D Application Fee Rs. 2,000/- for Uttrakhand domicile. Rs. 3,000/- for others.

List of the documents should be attached with the appliction form

1. Copy of 10th School Marksheet as proof of Date of Birth

2. Copy of   10th School Certificate

3. Copy of Marksheet of 12th or Equivalent

4. Copy of 12th Certificate

5. Duly completed undertakings

6. Copy of Marksheets of Graduation (if applicable)

7. Copy of MAT/CAT/CMAT Score Card (for MBA only)

8. Copy of Domicile Certificate (for Uttarakhand Candidates only)

9. Copy of Cast Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates only

10. Copy of Proof of Residential Address(Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill / Aadhar Card etc.)

11. Affidavit (In case of Gap year)

12. Work Experience

13. Transfer/Migration Certificate.

Go to the university official website.

Click on “Online Admissions” link on the top of the home page.

Click here to Apply Online

Register yourself and enter your Name, mobile no., email id, father’s name, and select domicile Click on “Submit”.

On completing the form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no.

Click on “Verify OTP” link.

Now fill your personal details in the registration form and submit it.

Log in to your account and click on “Online Admissions” link.

Fill in the application form.

Upload all the documents in .jpg format.

Submit the application form.

Pay fee online.

Filled registration form should be reached to the university admission office before due date.
