The Institute was established by the Ved Parkash Mukand Lal Educational Society (Regd.) in the year 1995. The Institute has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Department of Technical Education (DTE), Haryana and is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana). It is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institute and is in its sixteen years of operation.
