duly fill the format and send to the college along with the Application Fee of Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "The Principal, S.V.E.T's College of Pharmacy", payable at Humnabad.

The application for admission shall be made in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the following certificates.
1. Statement of marks.
2. Transfer Certificate.
3. Migration certificate for only non-Karnataka students.
4. Domicile certificate / proof of the age certificate.
5. Medical fitness certificate.
6. Caste certificate if applicable.

The candidate will be admitted against the vacant seats available from the list of candidates recommended by the Govt. froom time to time. All such admitted candidates will be in the management quota or payment categories only
