Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English  Individually and must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks (30% SC/BC) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology in 10+2 exam. In respect to candidates belonging to Scheduled castes and scheduled Tribes or other backward classes the marks obtained in P.C.B. taken together in qualifying examination be pass marks instead of 40% as stated above.

Minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years on or before 31st Dec of particular year.

Candidate shall be Medically Fit.

Selection Process: Valid Score in (PPMET)-Punjab Para Medical Entrance Examination.
