Selection Process

Admission to the above mentioned program is based on merit in the qualifying exam.

Admission Process 

Candidate may visit university website and click on " Apply Now" ( https://www.srmist.edu.in/ and Click on “Admission India” – “Directorate of Distance Education”)

Register first by providing basic detail- Mobile number, email id etc.

Re-login again after verifying your mail-id and mobile number.

Fill the application form

Upload required documents and pay application fee Rs. 500/- to complete the process.

Wait for “Provisional Allotment order",  you will get this in your mail with in 24 hours for  the DDE office to verify your uploaded documents.

After receiving Provisional Allotment Letter, follow steps to complete the process.

Tuition fees can be paid either in Demand Draft or Online. (Cheque/Cash will not be accepted)

2. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “SRMIST DISTANCE EDUCATION” payable at Chennai. and either submit in person or send by speed post/courier to SRMIST - Directorate of Distance Education office address mentioned below.
