Admission Process

Candidates interested for admission they must go through the instructions mentioned below and submit the application form as detail out.

Students seeking admission should apply in the prescribed format available Online on payment of Rs.150/- towards the cost of application for UG and PG Courses.

At the time of admission, candidates have to produce following originals documents:

1. Transfer Certificate.
2. Conduct Certificate, if separately issued.
3. Address Proof (Xerox Copy of Voter ID or Adhaar ID or Ration card)
4. Grade / Mark Certificate with 10 photo copies.
5. Community Certificate from a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Deputy Tahsildar.
6. Income Certificate.
7. Soft copy of Recent Photo in USA visa format (CD)

Notes: All certificates are subjected to verification by the Director of Government Examination. If a candidate is admitted on the basis of information submitted by him/ her, which is found to be incorrect or false on a later date, his/ her admission shall be cancelled and all fees and other dues paid by him/her shall be forfeited. The college authorities may also take further action as deemed fit against such candidate and / or his/ her parents / guardians as considered suitable. 

FEE REGULATION

• Each Student who seeks admission has to pay the prescribed fees in one instalment.
• The fees for the subsequent semester can be paid within the first 10 days of the commencement of the Semester without fine or from 11th to 20th day fees can be paid with fine of Rs.5/- per day. After 20th day Re-admission fee of Rs.250/- will be collected along with the fees due.
• Fees can be paid through Online or D.D. drawn in favour of the “The Secretary, S.I.V.E.T. College”.
• If any student discontinues after joining the course, he / she has to pay the entire fees for three years to get his / her Transfer Certificate and other certificates from the College.
