ADMISSION PROCESS & FEES DETAILS FOR 1 st YEAR B.E.: 2020 – 2021 (KEA/ CET/ COMEDK QUOTA)

Step 1: Allotment order has to be obtained from KEA,

Then Report at Admission Section, RVITM, 8th Phase JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Verification of admission order issued by respective authorities and original documents

Step 2: Student has to report at Library. Take a Token for online entry and wait for their turn.

Step 3:

a. Please mention Student Name, Mobile No, Branch Name on the back side of DD.

b. Fees DD to be handed over to the Cashier at Library.

Step 4:

• After Submitting DD to Cashier, the candidate will be allowed for the entry of the application form.
• After successful entry of application form, take a Printout of the application, then, the candidate & parent have to affix the signatures and submit all the necessary documents as given below to the admission authority.
• Finally, obtain the acknowledgement for submitted documents from the admission authorities.

Step 5: Collect the Fees paid receipt from cashier by showing the acknowledgement

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMIITED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSON.

1. Original Admission Order issued by KEA.
2. Originals of 10th & 12th Marks Cards.
3. If the student has qualified other than PU Board of Karnataka, then, they have to compulsorily submit Original Transfer & Migration certificates.
4. If seat is claimed under category, then they have to submit relevant Category / Income / Rural / Kannada Medium / Hyderabad Karnataka / Sports / NCC / Defence / J&K Resident Certificates
5. Photocopy of student Aadhaar card
6. Photocopy of PAN card of Parent.
7. 3 sets of Attested photocopy copies of the documents related to SL No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 &
8. Submit 2 recent color Passport size photographs & 1 stamp size photograph
9. For students studied outside INDIA, copy of Passport & Visa required
