Attach following documents

And submit filled form to the institute.

1. Self attested copies of high school / Intermediate / Graduation Mark Sheet and Certificate in two set.

2. Character certificate of the last attended Institution.

3. Transfer/migration certificate in original.

4. Proof of weight age claimed ( Cast Certificate) or any other certificate required in reference to application form in two set.

5. Five copies of passport size photographs, one affixed on the application form.

6. Domicile Certificate in two set.

7. Income Certificate (in case scholarship form filled) in two set.

8. Aadhar Card & PAN Card (in case of A/c opening).

9. 2 Envelop each with 5 Rs. Stamp in which address written with pin code.
