Option 1: Applicant can obtain the UG Application Form after paying the Application Fee (Rs 200/-) at the Reception of RJS Institute of Management Studies, Koramangala, Bengaluru and submitting it (Timings: 8:30 am to 3 pm).

Option 2: You can also download the PDF Format of the UG Application Form and send the Form with a DD of the Application Fee (Rs 200/-)(in the name of "Principal, RJS Institute of Management Studies") to: The Principal, RJS Institute of Management Studies, Koramangala, Bengaluru – 560034.

The following are the documents needed in original for Admission for UG Courses: 

Karnataka Students

1. Class 10th or 10th+2 Marks Card.

2. PUC or +2 or Class10th+2 or Equivalent Marks Card.

3. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

4. Transfer Certificate.

5. Passport size photographs in formal dress – 06

Non- Karnataka Students

1. Class 10th or 10th+2 Marks Card..

2. PUC or +2 or Class 10th  or Equivalent Marks Card (I & II Year)

3. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

4. Transfer Certificate

5. Migration Certificate.

6. Passport size photographs in formal dress - 06x

7. Caste and Income Certificate (if applicable).

Foreign Students

1. Mark Statements of respective country equivalent to Higher Secondary.

2. Testimonials

3. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

4. 10 passport size photographs in formals (latest).

5. Birth Certificate.

6. Residential Certificate from their country.

7. Provisional Eligibility Certificate.

8. Valid Student Visa.

9. Copy of passport attested by Gazetted Officer.

Karnataka Students

1. Class 10th or 10th2 Marks Card.

3. All the Semester Degree Marks Cards

4. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

5. Transfer Certificate.

6. Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)/Convocation Certificate

7. Passport size photographs (latest, in formal dress) with name printed - 06

8. Caste and Income Certificate (if applicable) 

Non- Karnataka Students

1. Class 10th or 10th+2 Marks Card..

2. PUC or +2 or Class 10th+2 or Equivalent Marks Card (I & II Year)

Incomplete Applications will not be processed.

The Applicant should be personally present for Admission along with the Parent / Guardian.

The candidate should satisfy all other conditions set by Bangalore University.

After the counselling/interview, the candidates selected shall be enrolled after the payment of fee as per the fee structure. Final Admission is subject to the University's approval.

No Transfer from one discipline to any other will be permitted by the institute.
