R. J. Schools of Management Studies (RJSMS), A nationally recognized "A" grade Business & IT school for Future Managers and Entrepreneurs, is registered under Registration of Societies ACT XXI of 1860 as a non profit organization with an objective to prepare the students to become "Better Human Beings, Better Citizens and Better Managers". This temple of learning was established in the year 1996 by a group of MBAs, NRIs, Industrialists, consultants & academicians.

Students can reach RJSMS by National Highway (NH) 5 or South Eastern Railways (SE Rly) by a direct train journey of just 2 hrs from Kharagpur, 4 hrs. from Tata nagar & Howrah and 7hrs. from Bokaro.
